Toronto-based Eclipsall Energy Corp., a supplier of PV modules, says it is expanding its services to offer engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) services for solar photovoltaic projects in North America and internationally under the Eclipsall Solar name.
Additionally, Eclipsall will offer project development and management services under the Eclipsall Development Corp. name. The company has arranged for project equity and financing in connection with small and large solar photovoltaic projects within the Ontario region. It will provide project financing as a component of its turnkey EPC services offered to the market.
The company adds that it will also be in a position to acquire and operate projects, should customers and partners wish to do so. In conjunction with these new offerings, Eclipsall's PV module manufacturing and two other businesses will be reorganized as subsidiaries of Eclipsall Energy Holdings Ltd.
