Edwards, a vacuum equipment manufacturer, has appointed James Gentilcore to the board of Edwards Group Ltd. as a non-executive director. He was formerly president and chief operating officer of the semiconductor products group of Brooks Automation Inc. and president and CEO of Helix Technology Corp.
