Enfinity Debuts New Photovoltaic Inverters And BIPV Systems

Enfinity, a renewable energy developer, has launched a line of PV inverters and three building-integrated PV (BIPV) systems. Both the inverters and the integrated systems were developed in-house by Enfinity.

The seven new inverters incorporate components from companies such as SMA and Fronius, as well as from Enfinity's own label. Inverter capacities range from 1.65 kW to 5 kW, with amperages from 8.6 A to 24 A. All models feature a 10-year product warranty and a design that is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, Enfinity says.

The three new BIPV systems are suitable for the residential and commercial markets and come with a 10-year warranty as standard. All three systems are available in full black coloring or standard aluminium. The BI-M system replaces roof tiles with a rail system on which tiles lie, while the BI-L system replaces roof tiles with a rail system holding laminate panels. The BI-F system also uses laminate panels and is suitable for roofs with angles of incline between 15 degrees and 65 degrees, according to Enfinity. All of the BIPV modules used in the systems have achieved IEC 61215 and IEC 61730 certification.
