Enfinity, a Belgium-based renewable energy company, has signed an agreement with China Guangdong Nuclear Power Corp. (CGNPC), a Chinese company engaging in nuclear power as its core business, to form a joint venture in China.
This joint venture will focus on the construction and development of solar power projects in China, as well as the promotion of the strategic development of the solar power industry.
Enfinity and CGNPC have also agreed to collaborate on international renewable energy projects with a worldwide scope and a focus on Europe.
