Enphase Energy, a provider of solar micro-inverter systems, has hired Bill Rossi as chief marketing officer.
Prior to joining Enphase Energy, Rossi led Google's marketing efforts for Google Apps, a suite of cloud computing applications for businesses. He also previously served as CEO of Greenfield Networks, which was later acquired by Cisco. Prior to that role, he was vice president and general manager of the wireless networking business unit at Cisco, which he grew from inception to more than $650 million in annual sales.
