Enphase Energy Inc., a manufacturer of PV micro-inverters, says it has filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed initial public offering of its common stock. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the offering have not yet been determined.
The bookrunning managers of the proposed offering will be Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and BofA Merrill Lynch. Jefferies & Co. Inc. will be acting as joint lead manager, and Lazard Capital Markets LLC and ThinkEquity LLC will be acting as co-managers. This offering will be made only by means of a prospectus.
