Enphase Energy Inc. says that Sanjeev Kumar, its chief financial officer (CFO), will leave the company later this year.
Kumar joined Enphase more than two-and-a-half years ago, says Paul Nahi, CEO of Enphase. The company has engaged an executive recruiting firm to conduct the search for a new CFO.
