Enphase Energy, a provider of solar microinverter systems, has hired Sanjeev Kumar as its first chief financial officer (CFO). He has more than 15 years of experience in global energy markets.
Prior to joining Enphase, Kumar was CFO of Energy Conversion Devices Inc. (ECD), a global manufacturer of thin-film flexible solar laminates. He also has significant experience in capital markets, having successfully raised over $5 billion in debt and equity offerings in both private and public markets.
Kumar previously served on the board of Los Angeles-based Solar Integrated Technologies, where he facilitated the sale of the company to ECD.
