Envision Solar International Inc., a solar system designer and developer, says it has entered into a master services agreement (MSA) with Morrow-Meadows Corp., a full-service contracting company with operations in California, Oregon and Washington. According to Envision Solar, the MSA will enable the companies to accelerate the execution of solar projects including Park Solar, EnvisionTrak and CleanCharge solar/electric vehicle charging stations.
Under the terms of the MSA, Envision will be responsible for the solar master planning, design and development of solar projects. In addition, the company will supply its ParkSolar designs using the Solar Tree and Solar Grove products, as well as CleanCharge and EnvisionTrak technology.
Envision notes that the first work order under the MSA has been executed, which will be for the design and deployment of the 300 kW Park Solar project in Arizona. The project is scheduled for completion in the third quarter of this year.
