EPV SOLAR Inc. has appointed T.J. Glauthier, a management consultant and financial advisor to companies in the energy and clean-tech sector and president of TJG Energy Associates LLC, to its board of directors.
Glauthier served as deputy secretary and chief operating officer of the U.S. Department of Energy from 1999 to 2001. Prior to his appointment as deputy secretary, Glauthier served at the White House as the associate director for natural resources, energy and science in the Office of Management and Budget.
Glauthier also serves on the boards of directors of Union Drilling Inc., EnerNOC Inc. and the San Mateo County Resource Conservation District. Additionally, he is an advisor to Stanford University's Precourt Institute for Energy Efficiency and a consultant to various large corporations through his association with Booz Allen Hamilton's global energy practice.
