Ventizz Capital Fund III and Ventizz Capital Fund IV have acquired a minority stake in ersol Thin Film GmbH to invest in ersol's thin-film PV technology development efforts. The company, which produces amorphous silicon thin-film modules, is retaining managerial responsibility following the investment.
