ersol Solar Energy AG has appointed Holger von Hebel chairman of its management board (replacing Dr. Claus Beneking) and named Dr. Volker Nadenau as a new board member responsible for technology and R&D.
von Hebel, the company's CEO, is responsible for corporate development, human resources, corporate communications, supply chain management and post-merger integration.
