ESA Renewables, a turnkey solar system provider, has announced plans to construct a 20 MW solar photovoltaic generation facility in Claysville, Pa. The planned site will be divided in 20 units, each with a 1 MVA step-up transformer.
The ground-mounted facility will be in operation for a period of 20 years on property located on West Route 40 in Washington County. ESA plans to construct, commission, monitor and provide maintenance on the solar array during the lifespan of the system.
The anticipated grid-connection date is August 2012, ESA Renewables says.
