ET Solar Group Corp. has announced it is supplying 10.8 MW of photovoltaic modules to Ormat Technologies Inc., a geothermal power provider, for its first PV power plant in California.
The solar project, located near Ormat's geothermal power plant in Imperial Valley, will feature 36,868 ET Solar 1000-Volt rated modules. Ormat will develop, own and operate the project, and the Imperial Irrigation District will buy the solar farm's output under a 20-year power purchase agreement.
