ET Solar Group Corp., a manufacturer of photovoltaic products, has inked a 6.6 MW module sales contract with a leading Italian energy equipment provider. Under the contract, ET Solar will ship modules – to be mounted on rooftop, single-axis trackers – between the second quarter of 2008 and the first quarter of 2009.
‘We see the Italian PV market as a new engine for global PV market growth,’ comments Xinghua Wang, chairman of ET Solar. ‘With this transaction, ET Solar is very well positioned to expand our presence and be a significant contributor in this market.’
