Etrion Corp., an independent solar power producer, has appointed Aksel Azrac to its board of directors. Azrac is a senior partner and cofounder of 1875 Finance SA, an asset management and investment advisory firm based in Geneva, Switzerland.
Azrac replaces Clarence Cottman, who has tendered his resignation as a director.
