Evergreen Solar Inc. has appointed Chinua Ejeka applications and field support engineer for Europe. In this role, Ejeka will serve as Evergreen Solar's senior point person in Europe for technical customer support.
Specific responsibilities include response to technical inquiries about Evergreen Solar's products and overall PV system performance, field troubleshooting of all issues and the understanding of local code requirements that may influence product design. Ejeka will also provide support in the development of technical manuals and product usage guides for the European market.
Ejeka has more than a decade of experience in the solar energy industry. Prior to joining Evergreen Solar, he served as a manager with Ralos Vertriebs GmbH in Hamburg, Germany. Before that, he was the marketing manager and assistant to the executive committee for Solara AG in Hamburg.
