Marlboro, Mass.-based Evergreen Solar Inc., a manufacturer of solar power products using string ribbon wafer technology, has unveiled its new 195 W photovoltaic (PV) panel – the latest addition to Evergreen's Spruce Line of panels.
According to the company, the 195 W panel offers an available power tolerance of -0 /+2.5%, guaranteeing 100% of rated power. Additionally, this new model is qualified to meet all major industry certifications and regulatory standards.
‘Our 195 W model provides installers and integrators with a powerful, versatile panel to meet the continued rapid growth in the number and size of solar power systems worldwide,’ says Terry Bailey, senior vice president of marketing and sales at Evergreen Solar. Bailey adds that the panel has the smallest carbon footprint and the quickest energy payback time among current product offerings.
