Evolution Solar Corp. has completed the legal and administrative process of forming its new Bermuda subsidiary. The subsidiary was originally announced in February.
Evolution Solar says this subsidiary will allow the company to aggressively pursue business opportunities that will be created as a result of the Bermuda Government Solar Photovoltaic Rebate Initiative for residential users.
