Evolution Solar Corp. (EVSO) says it is seeking acquisitions of existing solar companies to expand its ability to deliver projects for new clients. The company will focus on acquiring companies with proven distribution and installation experience.
There are many small solar companies engaged in sales and distribution but with no platform on which they can expand nationally, EVSO notes. These companies are the targets that will be evaluated by EVSO.
EVSO expects to incorporate products produced by Sun Power, First Solar, Trina Solar and LDK Solar Co.
