Fabrico, a provider of design and manufacturing services for flexible materials, has appointed Brent Ekiss and Rick Traver as technical sales representatives for the solar products market.
Both Ekiss and Traver have extensive applications engineering experience with the company, particularly in areas related to materials and manufacturing requirements for thin film, rigid silicon and solar concentrator applications. Ekiss helped develop a proprietary slitting process for bus bar materials that yields sliver-free tapes in narrow widths, and Traver assisted in developing unique conversion methods for high-strength foam tapes that adhere electronics packages to concentrator structures.
