Ferro Corp.'s board of directors has voted to elect Timothy K. Pistell a director of the company, effective immediately, to fill the vacancy on the board created by Dennis W. Sullivan's retirement from the board.
Pistell currently serves as executive vice president of finance and administration, as well as chief financial officer, at Parker Hannifin Corp., a diversified manufacturer of motion and control technologies and systems.
