HatiCon Solar says its PV ground-mount system has been selected for a 1.36 MW solar installation at the Fort Bliss Army base in Texas.
The array is expected to help the base continue its progress toward its net-zero-energy goal. It will be installed by SunQuest Energy and power the base's headquarters building.
