Exeter, Pa.-based Friedman Electric, a division of Sonepar, has completed the installation of a 30 kW photovoltaic solar system at its corporate headquarters. The installation is a ballasted roof-mounted array featuring 132 Trina PV modules and three 10 kW SMA Sunny Boy inverters.
In addition, the company says it has expanded its energy solutions division to include a solar specialist. The solar specialist, Don Fisch Jr., has worked at Friedman Electric for over three years and is now working with business partners on engineering and project management.
