Schletter has announced the certification of its FS Uno solar mounting system to UL Subject 2703. Released in mid-2012, the FS Uno is an all-steel system that utilizes a single-post design.
Intertek, the issuing organization of the ETL Mark Classification, engaged in system testing in order to qualify the bonding of the system in its entirety, including all components.
Photovoltaic mounting systems sold under the FS Uno and FS Uno-100 model numbers now comply with the UL Subject 2703 safety standard, and Schletter will begin producing FS Uno systems with the ETL Mark by the end of May.
