GameChange Racking, a solar mounting products provider, has received ETL/UL 467 listing for its top mount module clamps for both .25- and .50-inch panel spacing. According to the company, these stainless-steel clamps are rated to 1,180 amps for bonding up to 16 strings of modules to one grounding source.
‘It is good to see that the GameChange Racking top mount module mounting clamps have passed the rigorous testing requirements of ETL/UL 467 to achieve this listing,’ comments Woo Kim, GameChange's director of engineering.
"We are now able to provide continuous bonding in our systems with these clamps and also eliminate the grounding strips on all of our roof and ballasted ground systems and on our post systems when top mount clamps are used. This is part of our overall parts reduction campaign to make installations faster and easier for our customers."
