Premier Power Renewable Energy has hired John Garofalo as vice president of business development. In this role, he will be responsible for further expanding Premier Power's role in the commercial solar market within California and New Jersey, as well as extending the company's reach and pursuing opportunities in other states with attractive solar-based tax incentive programs.
Garofalo has nearly 30 years of experience. Prior to joining Premier Power, he served as vice president of strategy and business development at CED International (Consolidated Energy Design), where he assisted the energy-consulting firm through several transitions and acquisitions.
Prior to his work at CED International, Garofalo served as vice president of business development at National Grid Energy Services, where he oversaw the senior directors of sales, marketing and emerging markets.
