GCL-Poly Energy Holdings Ltd. says that its wholly owned 20 MW photovoltaic power station, operating as the Xuzhou GCL Solar Energy Company Ltd., is complete and has been successfully connected to the grid. According to the company, this project is currently the largest solar photovoltaic power station in China.
Xuzhou Photovoltaic Power Station is located in Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Province, and involves a total investment of approximately RMB 420 million. The station is expected to have an annual power generation of approximately 26,000,000 kWh and operate for approximately 1,300 hours per year.
