Gehrlicher Solar America has completed two additional commercial solar installations in the U.S.
The first solar project – a 151 kW, ground-mounted system located in North Dartmouth, Mass. – covers approximately seven acres in a semi-rural residential area and is expected to generate an average of 186,500 kWh per year. For this installation, the Gehrtec Base racking system was installed for the first time in the U.S., Gehrlicher says.
The second installation is a 322 kW rooftop system in Swedesboro, N.J. The project has been acquired by a group of private investors, who will sell the energy to a cold storage facility owned by KMT brrr! LLC under a power purchase agreement.
