Geoscape Solar, a solar design and installation company, has introduced a residential solar leasing program in New Jersey.
Available statewide, this program requires no up-front payment. Consumers pay a monthly fee that is lower than the utility cost of the electricity produced by the solar system. According to Geoscape Solar, this product is New Jersey's first residential solar leasing program.
