Gloria Spire Solar LLC has announced the opening of a new West Coast office, to be located in California's Bay Area. The new office will serve clients in the Western states, including Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Nevada and Oregon. Clients in other areas of the U.S., as well as Canada, will continue to be served from the company's headquarters in Bedford, Mass.
The company has hired technology industry veteran Pyramyth Liu to head up the new office as West Coast general manager. Before joining Gloria Spire Solar, Liu was a venture partner with iD Ventures America. Previously, he was CEO of PointRed Technologies, and he also served as general manager of the direct business division of Acer America Corp.
Gloria Spire Solar is a joint venture between Gloria Solar Ltd., a Taiwan-based module manufacturing company, and Spire Corp. The company is a PV solar systems integrator for businesses, municipalities and utilities.
