Grape Solar, a Eugene, Ore.-headquartered manufacturer of solar panels and kits, has entered into a supplier agreement with Arizona Green Voltage Group LC (GVG), a solar system integration service company. Under the agreement, Grape Solar will provide Arizona GVG with its complete line of solar kits.
In addition, Grape Solar will designate GVG as its exclusive dealer in Arizona for its full line of solar panels and offer $2.79/W pricing to GVG for its pre-engineered solar kit that includes panels, inverters and mounting systems.
Grape Solar will offer its residential customers in Arizona solar system design support, project due diligence support and project field support, as well as rebate and incentive processing. GVG has agreed to a strategic purchasing agreement with guaranteed volume commitment and pricing structure.
