GreenRay Inc., a Massachusetts-based startup, has completed a Series A financing round led by the Quercus Trust of Newport Beach, Calif. New York-based 21Ventures co-invested in the $2 million deal, which is aimed at enabling GreenRay to move ahead with manufacturing, distribution channel development and the commercial launch of its AC Solar Module product.
GreenRay says the unique features of the AC Solar Module include a reliable, patented micro-inverter paired with energy monitoring technology.
