Grenzebach, a provider of handling and process technology for the solar industry, and inspection systems specialist Algoscan GmbH have formed Grenzebach Algoscan GmbH.
Algoscan develops, produces and sells surface inspection systems for optical quality measurement and process inspection related to the production of web or rotating materials. Grenzebach says this technology complements its handling, processing and automation solutions. Together, the two companies will extend their activities into the special-purpose machinery and sensor equipment space.
