The Solar Panel Group Ltd. (TSPG) has launched a new solar PV buying group aimed at reducing the cost of solar PV systems for the 4,300-plus small and midsize PV installers in the U.K.
The company has also partnered with Himin Solar Energy Group, which is constructing a large factory in Solar Valley, China. The partnership makes use of Himin's European distribution network, enabling delivery times of three to five days from Germany, according to The Solar Panel Group.
The company says it has also teamed with a peer-to-peer lender, allowing installers to offer their residential customers low-interest financing through an individual finance page.
‘Installers are going to get great pricing from 41p/W, with a competitive and flexible financing option for their customers,’ states Thomas Moyes, managing director of TSPG Ltd.
