Hanwha Q CELLS says it has received its ‘Made in EU’ certificate from the French certification agency Certisolis. The accreditation verifies that both cells and modules are manufactured from purely European components, the company says.
The certificate will enable French customers of Q CELLS' PV products to receive a feed-in tariff bonus of up to 10%.
Q CELLS was acquired by the South Korean Hanwha Group in October 2012.
