Hanwha Q Cells Supplies 50 MW Of Solar Modules To Adani Group Of India

Hanwha Q Cells Co. Ltd., a global manufacturer of high-efficiency photovoltaic solar modules, has signed a 50 MW module supply contract with Adani Group of India to power the province of Tamil Nadu.

According to Hanwha, this is the second batch of modules it provided to the Adani Group within the past year. With the first supply totaling 70 MW, the manufacturer says it has now provided 120 MW to Adani since July 2015.

Construction is scheduled for a completion by this March.

Kim, senior vice president of Hanwha Q Cells in India.
