ICP Solar Technologies Inc. has signed a global licensing agreement with Energizer. Under the terms of this agreement, Energizer will grant ICP Solar the global rights to its trade name for solar-powered chargers and related products. The agreement, to run three years, takes effect immediately.
‘We will begin rolling out products in North America as soon as the third quarter and anticipate these sales will further bolster our financial performance heading into 2010,’ says Sass Peress, CEO of ICP Solar Technologies.
