Ingeteam Inc., a manufacturer of equipment for the renewable energies sector, has appointed Michael Lasky vice president of sales for its solar division in North America.

According to the company, Lasky brings more than 24 years of experience in the renewable energy, energy storage, distributed generation, power and power quality sectors to his new role at Ingeteam. Previously, Lasky was with Sharp Solar Energy Solution Group, LDK Solar and a major solar inverter manufacturer, where he led sales for North America. Additionally, he worked within divisions of Schneider Electric and Emerson Electric, as well as Capstone Turbine, Eagle Picher and Pentadyne Power.
