Innovative Solar Systems LLC (ISS) is ready to start construction on an 80 MW solar farm project in North Carolina and is shopping around for a buyer.
ISS says it has all required approvals in place, including interconnection agreements; a 15-year purchase power agreement; and state, federal and regulatory approvals for its Innovative Solar 46 project, located in Hope Mills, N.C. ISS is in negotiations with potential owners for the solar farm in order to go forward.
John Green, CEO of ISS, says his firm has secured a creditworthy engineering, procurement and construction firm that will also provide long-term operations and maintenance services.
