Asheville, N.C.-based developer Innovative Solar Systems (ISS), the parent company of Solar Farms LLC, is seeking a financial and strategic partner to invest in a portfolio of 68 solar farms.
ISS says it is seeking up to $30 million to bring the projects through development.
If the partner is strategic and is willing to fund the entire partnership, it will have preferred rights, including the right to purchase any solar farm out of the portfolio at a discounted rate, the company says.
