The organizers of Intersolar Europe say more than 50,000 trade visitors from 140 countries gathered at last week's Intersolar conference in Munich, representing an increase of more than 62% over last year's attendance.
‘Never before has Intersolar had more exhibitors, more visitors and more different nations represented,’ says Markus Elsaesser, CEO of Solar Promotion GmbH, one of the two organizers of Intersolar. ‘At the new Munich venue, Intersolar reached a new dimension.’
The Intersolar team, in coordination with SEMI, is now preparing for the show's North American debut at San Francisco's Moscone Center, July 15-17.
