Iosil Energy Corp., based in Albuquerque, N.M., has signed an agreement with Meritex to lease 30,700 square feet at 5700 N. Green Pointe Dr. in Groveport, Ohio. The company plans to create 20 new engineering and manufacturing jobs in its production of high-purity polysilicon used in solar cells.
‘Iosil is excited to be moving from a successful research and development phase to a manufacturing scale-up of its technology in Groveport, Ohio,’ says Earl Fuller, CEO of Iosil Energy Corp. ‘We conducted a multi-location search for our pilot plant, and we feel that the Meritex property is the ideal solution.’
