The iSolar Exchange has launched its online marketplace for connecting supply, manufacture and delivery channels for solar and renewable energy products and services.
The iSolar Exchange offers private sales exchange networks for both forward and reverse auctions and competitive sealed bids. Buyers or sellers can create their own private sales exchange networks and conduct business outside of public view.
Manufacturers; engineering, procurement and construction firms; and solar project developers using private sales exchange reverse auctions may invite pre-qualified solar manufacturers and contractors to bid on projects, all in private using real-time competitive bidding between sellers. Buyers also have the choice to use the more traditional competitive sealed bids.
