JA Solar Holdings Co. Ltd. has signed a polysilicon supply agreement with M.SETEK Co. Ltd., a privately-held Japanese company specializing in monocrystalline ingot and wafer manufacturing.
Under the agreement, M.SETEK will supply 458 metric tons of polysilicon to JA Solar in 2008. This polysilicon agreement is in addition to the existing wafer supply agreement between the two companies.
