JA Solar Holdings Co. Ltd. has debuted new solar modules that incorporate the company's six-inch full-square monocrystalline solar cells, which have been certified by TUV Rheinland and have a maximum conversion efficiency of 16.82%.
Mass production of the modules, which offer a peak power output of 275 W, will begin by the end of the month. The panels incorporate proprietary module encapsulation technologies in a 60-cell format.
