The testing facilities of the TUV Rheinland Group in Japan have been accredited for ANSI/UL 1703 testing.
This development allows for combined testing sequences with the International Electrotechnical Commission and ANSI and will result in lower testing fees, the need for fewer test samples and less variation of components, according to TUV Rheinland.
