Quick Mount PV, a provider of waterproof mounts for rooftop solar installations, has appointed Jeff Spies to head its business development program. Before taking this position, Spies operated his own solar training and consulting firm called SolarSpies.
He has developed training programs and partner networks for AEE Solar, groSolar and others. Since 2009, he has also served on the board of directors of the North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners.
Prior to his career in the solar sector, Spies served 20 years in technical sales and marketing in the industrial automation field.
