J.H. Cohn LLP and Reznick Group PC, both accounting and consulting firms, have completed a merger to form CohnReznick LLP. The firm's areas of focus include the renewable energy industry.
CohnReznick is now the 11th largest firm in the country, with 25 offices, 2,000 employees and combined revenues of more than $450 million, according to the company. J.H. Cohn CEO Thomas J. Marino and Reznick Group CEO Kenneth E. Baggett will serve as co-CEOs of CohnReznick.
