JinkoSolar Holding Co. Ltd. says it has won a bid from China Power International New Energy Holding Ltd. to supply 40 MW of its photovoltaic modules for two PV power plant projects in Baiyin and Wuwei cities in Gansu Province, China.
JinkoSolar will deliver 163,200 solar panels to the two projects. According to the company, the locations were chosen because they receive approximately 2,550 to 3,030 hours of sunlight per year and are located in flat terrain with easy access to the electric grid and transportation facilities.
